WHAT FUN!

Based on what we saw on Monday, Tuesday actually should be Super.

Hillary Clinton returning to her legal roots at Yale…
Barack Obama playing to 17-thousand at the XL Center in Hartford.

And Connecticut can say it actually does matter.
(I think we, too often, have a “Little State” mentality…stuck between New York and Boston. In my travels, I prefer to make people believe Connecticut is an exclusive club anyone can belong to. You just have to show up.)

What I’m not really sure matters are endorsements.
I really don’t care that Clinton’s won the endorsements of a bunch of newspapers, unions and Dick Blumenthal and Nancy Wyman, among others.
I really don’t care that Reps. Larson, Murphy and DeLauro shared the stage with Obama, along with the Kennedys.
And don’t get me started on celebrity endorsements.

I don’t care what any of them think. I care what I think.
And whether you’re for Huckabee, McCain, Paul, Romney, Clinton, or Obama, I hope you care enough of what you think to go flip the lever of your choice on Tuesday.
Or press the button. Or whatever it is you do with the new voting machines.

It’s fun to look ahead to covering something. (Keisha is verrrry excited. Gotta keep her away from the Red Bull.)
We hope you’ll join us for coverage on NBC 30.

I agree 100% - I couldn't possibly care less who Oprah, The Hartford Courant, the Kennedys and anyone else "celebrity" are voting for. I've become completely disgusted with our celebrity obsessed society. When CNN was showing around the clock footage when Anna Nicole Smith died - that was it for me! How can you justify that as newsworthy? While tragic, I don't think it is necessary to show the same footage over and over again for hours on end - not to mention the scores of "experts" that are interviewed throughout the broadcast...sorry...I'm completely off the subject...and here's another one - I do miss Keisha in the morning..

Anon, Yvonne Nava has taken over for Keisha in the AM, and is doing a great job.
Thanks for your kind words.
